How long will my order be shipped?

At Tree Angle, we take shipping seriously as we acknowledge the importance for our customers to timely receive orders. Upon receiving and confirming the order, products will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information.

 

What delivery options do I have?

Currently, we offer free standard delivery on all orders over $100 (after application of any discount or promo code) within Australia. If the original amount of your order is over $100 but reduced to less than $100 after applying discount/promotions, the flat shipping rate of $15 still applies. Any order accompanied by request for express delivery will attract additional charges. 

 

When will my order be delivered?

We anticipate transit time to take 4-6 business days for metropolitan areas or 7-9 business days for Western Australia and regional and remote locations in Northern Territories, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania. Ongoing monitoring of tracking number(s) for real-time delivery updates is recommended. Early placement of order is always preferred to avoid unexpected delay of transit as logistics service providers can get overloaded with customer orders in certain months (e.g., December). 

 

Delivery to PO Boxes

We currently are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure the provision of a physical mailing address when submitting your delivery information.

 

Can I delay my shipment to a certain date?

Apology in advance, but we do not offer a delayed delivery option at this time.
